Crocheting for Cozy Hobbits

My latest crochet project, the "Woodland Hobbit Cardigan," is suitable for any hobbit wanting to stay warm and cozy.  Fortunately I have a little time left to make a second one so the hobbits will not fight over it!

I purchased the pattern from SylvChezPlum's Etsy shop and I modified it some by changing the style of the sleeves and making it a bit longer and flared.  I also added the mushroom patch/pocket (pattern from ch1306 on Etsy) and I used colors that reminded me of a forest at twilight.  The original pattern is a bit more polished... I like to add a lot of whimsical elements to my work, mostly to create a distraction from the amateur and occasionally sloppy elements!  If you happen to crochet, this is a very thorough pattern with great visuals and it is worth every copper!

Another favorite crochet pattern of mine is for these cozy "Little Delving Legwarmers," which would actually look quite lovely with the cardigan!  I found a free pattern online for these and modified it to make them prettier.

Finally, this little hat is warm and epic.  While Lindon-inspired, it is still clearly a hobbit hat.  I changed this up a bit too, but the basic free pattern can be found on Ravelry.
